Dehydrated seaweed is hydrated and used in the kitchen in a thousand ways.
Uses in the kitchen:
Natural: Dressed in salad.
Toast: Baked and crushed in mortar as a seasoning.
Boiled: As a garnish or bed in dishes of fish, meat or seafood. In salads, scrambled eggs, croquettes, night porridge, hamburgers, rice, pasta, etc.
Preparation: Hydrated: Immerse in water with a little salt for 10 minutes. When hydrated it increases its dry weight by 10 times.
Cooking: Cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Shelf life: 3 years.
