EXECUTION OF ORDERS
I. Product Delivery
THE COMPANY is committed to deliver products in their perfect condition in the direction that the CUSTOMER has pointed out within the order form, and in any case shall be within THE TERRITORY. In order to optimize the delivery, we would be grateful if the CUSTOMER would indicate a direction in which the order can be delivered within the normal working hours.
THE COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the CUSTOMER in the order form does not conform with reality or has been omitted.
II. Terms of Delivery
Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by a CUSTOMER will be delivered within a maximum period of 12 working days from the date which the order has been confirmed. Although the usual delivery of THE COMPANY usually between 3 and 7 days from order completion.
These deadlines are averages, and therefore estimations. Therefore, these deadlines may vary due to logistical reasons or a force majeure. In cases of late deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its customers of them as soon as they have been made aware.
Each delivery is considered complete from the moment in which the carrier makes the product available to the CUSTOMER, which is embodied through the control system used by the carrier.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributed to the company, the customer may cancel his/her order in accordance with the procedure described in the section "Return policy". Delivery cases shall not be considered delayed in cases where the order has been made available to the CUSTOMER by the carrier within the agreed time period and has not been delivered by cause attributable to the CUSTOMER.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, THE CUSTOMER will receive an e-mail notifying him/her that his/her order has been accepted and is being delivered.
For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not send any orders to military bases, nor accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and direction.
III. Delivery Data, Unrealized Delivery, and Misplacement
If the CUSTOMER is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. THE COMPANY will employ the courier delivery service and follow-up actions to ensure the successful delivery of the order.
If the order has not been entered into delivery 7 working days after its departure, the CUSTOMER must contact THE COMPANY. If the CUSTOMER does not do so, the order will be returned to our warehouse 10 days after the departure of the delivery. Additionally, customers must assume the shipping and return costs of the goods, as well as any management costs that are associated.
If a package failed to deliver due to misplacement, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers typically range from one to three weeks.
IV. Delivery Formalities
The CUSTOMER must check the condition of the package before the carrier, on behalf of the company, and mark the status of the product’s delivery as ordered. The CUSTOMER must also indicate any anomaly that could be detected by the CUSTOMER on the delivery note on the packaging. If the CUSTOMER detects any incidents such as stroke, fracture, or signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping after reviewing the product, they undertake to inform THE COMPANY via email in the shortest time possible in the time period of 24 hours from the point of delivery. After the initial 24 hours after the point of delivery, no such incidents (except for warranted parts) will be addressed by the COMPANY.
