Koloxo.com is committed to deliver products in perfect condition in the direction that the Customer and/or User has pointed out within the order form, and in any case shall be within the selected Territory. In order to optimize the delivery, we would be grateful if the Customeror User would indicate a direction in which the order can be delivered within normal working hours.
Koloxo.com will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer or User on the order form does not correspond with reality or has been omitted.
Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by a Customer or User will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date which the order has been confirmed. Although the usual delivery of Koloxo.com is usually between 3 and 4 days from order completion.
These deadlines are averages, and therefore estimations. Therefore, these deadlines may vary due to logistical reasons or a force majeure. In cases of late deliveries, Koloxo.com will inform its customers of them as soon as they have been made aware.
Each delivery is considered complete from the moment in which the courier makes the product available to the Customer or User, which is embodied through the control system used by the courier.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributed to the company, the Customer or User may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the “Return Policy” section. Delivery cases shall not be considered delayed in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer or User by the courier within the agreed time period and has not been delivered by cause attributable to the Customer or User.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, Koloxo.com will send an e-mail and/or SMS notifying the Customer or User that their order has been accepted, processed and is being delivered.
For security reasons, Koloxo.com will not send any orders to military bases or government facilities, nor accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and direction.
Delivery times vary depending on the country, origin of the product(s) and the delivery destination. Other factors such as the size and weight of shipments are also taken into consideration. Delivery times can take a minimum of 3 – 4 working days and up to a maximum of 15.

If the Customer or User is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Koloxo.com will employ the courier delivery service and follow-up actions to ensure the successful delivery of the order.
If the order has not begun its delivery transit within 7 working days after its departure, the Customer or User must contact Koloxo.com. If the Customer or User does not do so, the order will be returned to our warehouse 10 days after the departure of the delivery. Additionally, customers must assume the shipping and return costs of the goods, as well as any management costs that are associated with it.
If a packagefailed to be delivered due to misplacement, our courier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our couriers typically range from one to three weeks.
The Customer or User must check the condition of the package before the courier, on behalf of the company, and mark the status of the product’s delivery as ordered. The Customer or User must also indicate any anomaly that could be detected by the Customer or User on the delivery note on the packaging. If the Customer or User detects any incidents such as strokes, fractures, or signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping after reviewing the product, they undertake the action to inform Koloxo.com via email in the shortest timepossiblewithin a time period of 24 hours from the point of delivery. After the initial 24 hours after the point of delivery, no such incidents (except for warranted parts) will be addressed by Koloxo.com.
