Digital Subscription Services
AI92, operated by Koloxo West Africa Limited, provides digital subscription services on a Software-as-a-Service model. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were billed incorrectly due to a system error.
- You were charged after a cancellation request was submitted and confirmed in writing.
- A duplicate charge was made to your payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed charge, supported by documentation of the billing discrepancy.
