Hyaluronic acid:
The hyaluronic acid used in cosmetics began in the 90s, in the form of injectable vials. The skin immediately returns back to its initial volume and is moisturized in depth, which also improves its smoothness and brightness.
This is because the appearance of wrinkles and sagging associated with the passing of time occurs largely by loss of moisture in the skin, which is caused by the decrease of hyaluronic acid and our body’s ability to replenish it as we grow older.
The most common areas where it is applied are:
- Corner contour of the mouth.
- Lipstick and face (cheekbones).
- Lip or perioral wrinkles (around the mouth).
- Lines on both sides of the nose and mouth.
- Crow's feet.
